Maxxis Hole In One Competition – Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
This promotion (“Promotion”) is conducted by Tyremax Australia Pty Ltd ABN 98 050 635 023, 1 Heyington Avenue, Thomastown VIC 3074 (“Promoter”).
2. Competition Period & Eligibility
The competition runs from 6 November 2026, 9:00am AWST to 8 November 2026, 5:00pm AWST (“Promotion Period”) during the Australian 4WD & Adventure Show Perth.
Entry is open to those who attend the Maxxis stand at the Australian 4WD & Adventure Show Perth between 06 – 08 November 2026 and attempt the hole in one competition.
3. Valid entries
- Only one entry per person is permitted.
- Australian residents who are minimum 16 years of age.
- Employees of the Promoter, its related entities, agencies and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
4. Competition Mechanics
A valid hole-in-one must be achieved in a single stroke from the designated teeing area under the supervision of a Promoter representative.
5. Prize Details:
The prize is two (2) Maxxis RAZR camping chairs valued at AUD $100 ($50 each). The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
6. Winner Determination:
Any eligible participant who records a valid hole-in-one will be entered into a random draw to be conducted on 11 November 2026.
7. Equipment and Safety:
Participants must comply with all safety directions issued by event staff.
8. Force Majeure / Event Cancellation
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the competition where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
9. Notification and Prize Claim
The drawn winner will be notified via email following the draw on Wednesday 11 November 2026 and will be required to provide a shipping address for the delivery of the camping chairs.
Winners must respond within 14 days of notification, or the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
10. Publicity Consent
By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities and permits the Promoter to use their name, image and likeness without further compensation.
11. Privacy and Use of Information
All Registration details become and remain the property of the Promoter and may be used for commercial, marketing and publicity purposes.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
Participants who opt in consent to receiving ongoing marketing communications from the Promoter and agencies associated with the Promotion.
